Holdren: Eco-Eugenicist

I HATE eugenics.  It is why I oppose Abortion.  It is why I oppose Embryonic Stem-Cell Research.

I also hate the Church of Global Warming.

So, when those two things come together, what do you get?  Me, doing my best imitation of Vesuvius.  At least it ain’t Krakatoa.

Right now, the Science Czar (Shocker!) is a EUGENICIST!  The man has discussed the use of Forced Sterilization and Forced Abortions on “Undesirables” by a Transnational Regime.

And if that weren’t enough, according to Zombie, the man STILL BELIEVES THIS CRAP!

My God, I sound like a New World Order guy, but there it is.  The man believes this crap!

And, with a Supreme Court Justice (I am looking at you Ginsburg) who is sympathetic to his views, it feels like I am stuck in some bad Conspiracy Theory movie.  If this keeps going, I think I would rather live in Israel, where my enemies tell me to my face they want to kill me off because of who I am, rather then trying to keep me in the dark.

And, on top of all of that, THE EARTH IS COOLING! When will we wake up people!?

Eugenicists on the Hill

Recently, Ruth Bader Ginsburg has admitted that she is a Eugenicist.  And I must say, that I am not as surprised as some.  Afterall, Eugenics is an inherently Progressive position, and Abortion is Eugenics.

Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of. So that Roe was going to be then set up for Medicaid funding for abortion. Which some people felt would risk coercing women into having abortions when they didn’t really want them. But when the court decided McRae, the case came out the other way. And then I realized that my perception of it had been altogether wrong.

Well, Justice Ginsburg, I would like to know, who are these “Undesirables?”

However, she is not the only Eugenicist to come out of the closet of late.  Obama’s Science Czar, John Holdren, has announced he believes that Forced Abortions and Mass Sterilizations are necessary in order to curb Global Warming.  Zombie has the rather macabre details of this tyranical concept.

Al Gore Seeks Global Governance

It would seem that Al Gore, Lord High Profit of Global Warming, has finally admitted what he is actually after.  Power.  Climate Depot reports that is a recent forum, the Goracle had the following to say.

“But it is the awareness itself that will drive the change and one of the ways it will drive the change is through global governance and global agreements.”

Thank you, Mr. Goracle, for finally admitting what you are actually after.

The guys at Climate Depot have also reported that the UN is looking into creating a Global Climate Tax, and Jacques Chirac is almost giddy over the thought.  You know, there is a reason we don’t send them any money.

“For the first time, humanity is instituting a genuine instrument of global governance,” Chirac explained. “From the very earliest age, we should make environmental awareness a major theme of education and a major theme of political debate, until respect for the environment comes to be as fundamental as safeguarding our rights and freedoms. By acting together, by building this unprecedented instrument, the first component of an authentic global governance, we are working for dialogue and peace,” Chirac added.

And all of this crap as report after report shows that we are in the middle of one of the coldest years in the last two decades.  No mean feat, considering just how chilly these past few years have been.

And, as per the usual tactics, Senate Boxer (D-CA) has decided to use fear tactics to push the “Concensus” of Global Warming, instead of actually debating about whether or not there is a problem in the first place.

Is there anything these people WON’T use to gain power?

Cap and Trade Cyanide: On Ice

I find it amusing that in the coldest year of the millenium, and in the last two decades to boot, Cap and Trade is on ICE.

It seems that Dingy Harry wasn’t kidding when he told Andrea Mitchell that the Democrats did not, in fact, have the votes in the Senate to pass the bill.

Thank God.

Thus, they have decided to Ice the bill until the after the August Recess.  Appropriate timing if this spring was any indication of the coming winter.

However, we must not rest on our laurels.  We must rally around the cause, and pursue our retreating opponents, lest they regroup and attack us stronger then ever.

In related news, T. Boone Pickens has decided to drop wind power in the Texas Panhandle, and is selling off the windfarms.

Global Warming debate is like High School

Oh, great, I am back in fracking High School all over again.  I have been called a Nazi.  At least this time it isn’t because I am a Blonde Haired, Blue Eyed, German-American with Conservative Libertarian Ideology.  (I know, that last part makes no sense, but in High School, a Nazi is any Conservative)  There is a reason I wear a hat and sunglasses out as often as possible when Rabble Rousing at a Tea Party.  It doesn’t help that in my Senior Year, my Catholic Social Teachings professor compared me to a man who supported Segregation.

For those of you blissfully ignorant.  Al Gore has decided that I am a member of the National Socialist German Worker’s Party, and all because I am a Climate Heretic.  (Socialist and Worker in the same name, in the home of the Statist seeds sown by the Prussians?  How the hell did anyone expect that to go well?)

And all of this because I recognize the follies of Climate Indulgences.  Because, that is all that Cap and Trade is.  It will not reduce CO2.  Spain has already proven that much.  All that it will do is cost you and I more, and more, and more, and more money in the short run and long run.  Martin Luther helped force the Church to recognize that it was corrupt, so I wonder, why isn’t Inhoffe doing more to act like Martin Luther? (Wow, I am encouraging my favorite Senator to act like my least favorite Theologian.  Scary.)

However, when it comes to the liberties enshrined in the Constitution of the United States of America, I am willing to preform any Non-Violent act of Civil Disobedience.  Emphasis there on the Non-Violent part.

Cap and Trade Cyanide: The Constitution

I have decided that I shall read HR 2454.  The first thing I saw when i went to GovTrack to read it was a disclaimer.

This bill is very large, and loading it may cause your web browser to perform sluggishly, or even freeze. This is especially true for old and/or bad browsers. As an alternative you can download the PDF of the bill or read the text on THOMAS.

I am not off to a very good start so far…

It took me from 1248 Hours to 1255 Hours to load the bill, and from 1258 Hours to 1300 Hours to load the 300 page amendment.

For the record, this article shall be about nothing other than the Constitutionality of the Bill in accordance with Article 1, Section 8 and Article 1, Section 9 of the United States Constitution, the powers and limits of the Legislature of the United States.  If I find more then five items that violate the Constitution, I will go no further, and label it Unconstitutional.  I don’t think I will have to go very far…

In Section 201 of Title II Subtitle A, they discuss ammending 42 United States Code 6833, which allows government to control Building Codes.  43 U.S.C. 6833 is unconstitutional.  Nowhere in Article 1, Section 8 does the Constitution the power to tell you how you can or cannot build your home.  In accordance with Amendment X of the Bill of Rights, unless that power has been granted to the State or Local Government through the formation of the supreme document of the State, City, or Town, rests solely upon the individual.  But it does not, and cannot, rest in the hands of the Federal Government, unless a new Amendment is added to the Constitution of the United States.

Included within the section is a description of Consensus Based Standards.  If this is anything like the current “Consensus” on Global Warming, then it will really mean that whoever has the money to bully their way into public opinion, and a motive to do so (i.e. General Electric) can determine the new standards for their own fun and profit.

Also included, is a mandate that all houses must have an Energy Audit before they can be sold.  Yes, that is right, you must pass an Energy Audit before you can sell your house.  And if the standards change after the audit, then you will need to get yet another Audit.  And the Audits look to be funded directly out of your pocket, not to mention the money spent on making a home come up to code, will drive up the cost of your home, and reduce the number of people looking into purchasing your home, thus damaging Interstate Commerce in accordance with the standard used to gain Federal Control over private, subsistence farmers under FDR’s administration.

That’s 1.

There is a lot in this bill relating to the flimsy interpretation of the Interstate Commerce Clause produced by the Roosevelt Administration as part of the New Deal.  However, the spirit of the clause deals with the building of roads and canals, the maintenance of roads and canals, the power to prevent the creation of interstate tarifs, nd the enforcement of a central currency to protect the individual states from each other.

That’s 2.

And then you get to Title III, which discusses Global Warming and how to sequester CO2.  If Carbon Dioxide is such a problem, despite the sheer insignifigance fo the gas in the atmosphere, then Columbia University has invented an atmospheric CO2 scrubber which can remove 1 ton of CO2 from the atmosphere a day, without giving the government undue control of the population.  However, Al Gore and others in the Church of Global Warmign have rejected it, as it does not grant them their real goal, control over the population, and power for themselves.

Foul Ball.

Subtitle B of Title III claims that it will save jobs, however, the Congressional Budget Office report admits that it is based off of Star Trek Post-Scarcity Fantasy economics in the analysis of the report.  The Heritage Foundation does not throw out real world economics, and an analysis of the effects on Spain of the passage of a similar bill shows that this will devastate an already unshakey economy.

Foul Ball.

Title V produces the K, and HR 2454 goes down swinging.

In accordance with the Equal Protection Clause of the United States Constitution, all citizens are supposed to be treated equally under the law, with the theory that justice is blind to race, religion, creed, occupation, wealth, or sex.  Title V gives special treatment among Farmers to those who farm ethanol.  A crop that would require 109% of current total acreage to produce the energy needed to fuel the United States in 2008, with growing demand around the world.

Strike Three, You’re Unconstitutional.

Cap and Trade Cyanide: Krugman’s Confusion

Paul Krugman has been acting odd lately.  Mainly on the matter of Climate Change and Cap and Trade.  It almost seems like he is channeling Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, when he debated whether;

A. All Australians should be stripped of citizenship and then allowed to regain it upon swearing fealty to the Church of Global Warming

or

B. The Government should ask all citizens to swear fealty to the Church of Global Warming, and strip the citizenship of those who refuse.

I mention this, because as RedState recently reported that Paul Krugman has declared me to be a “Traitor to the Planet” for opposing Cap and Trade.  This after he himself admitted that HR 2454 would not create new jobs.

Thank you, Mr. Krugman, for at least admitting that much.  Though I do resent being called a traitor, even if it does further prove my point that America is becoming a Theocracy dedicated to the Church of Global Warming.  Hell, California is already issuing Gorans instead of Gideon Bibles in the Hotel Rooms.

Now, before I go any further, I would like to re-iterate the questions asked by The Pirate’s Cove of those who voted Yes on HR 2454.

  1. Did you read the bill, including the 300 page 0309 hour Romeo ammendment?  If so, did you understand it all?
  2. Will you follow the principles behind HR 2454, even if it doesn’t pass muster in the Senate?
  3. If it passes the Senate, and POTUS signs it into law, who will you blame when the costs of energy “Necessarily skyrocket?”  What about Taxes?
  4. What is your endgame with HR 2454?  What do you plan on actually doing with this bill?

Meanwhile, the National Black Chamber of Congress did a study which found that Cap and Trade would cost the United States 2.5 million jobs each year.  That is a lot of jobs, and a massive hit to the Economy.  This trend would last until 2030 minimum.  And I ask you, how could we recover from that.  We are looking at high double digit unemployment, far above the Great Depression, and worse then the Weimar Republic.  And you remember what came next there…
