Okie reports that  ACORN  is going after those who disagree with the President on ObamaCare.

Similar events happened in Baton Rouge recently, where ACORN siced the Police on people who where discussing ObamaCare away from the event.

The Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler also has some info on a Nurse forced to preform Infantacidal Eugenics, after she was threatened with letters in her Curiculum Vitae accusing her of Insubordination and Patient Abandonment should she refuse. How long, under ObamaCare, till they use this to force Nurses to Euthenize +65 year olds who are refusing to comply with their End-of-life Counselor’s recomendations?  We already know the Top Advisors of Obama in this field are recomending this option for all those who get sick but don’t have Private Health Insurance.

Hot Air Reports that ObamaCare Activists are just ignoring the facts altogether.

Other sources have also stated that once a person reaches the age of 65, they will be visited by an End of Life Counselor every Five Years whose job will be to try and convince you to go to a clinic and KILL YOURSELF via Euthenasia, as you will otherwise use up too much Government Money for the return in TAXES to the Govt.

I have found no less then TWELVE unconstitutional aspects within that bill, which, in accordance to my Three Strikes Unconstitutional style, makes this bill FOUR KINDS of UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Nice Job, Obama, you officially suck at your job.

Alaska Joins Oklahoma

Sarah Palin (Awesome) has signed a bill that passed through the Alaska Legislature declaring the Sovereignity of Alaska, joining Oklahoma.  This is all done under the Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution of the United States.

Several other states are doing the same.  You can track them here. I plan on doing so.

Free Market Warrior Kicked Out of Mall

A Conservative Kiosk in a mall in North Carolina was kicked out of the mall because the owner of the kiosk sells Conservative Merchandise, in opposition to the Liberal owner of the mall, who kicked the man out after one woman claimed the merchandise “Promoted Slavery.”  I looked at their website, and I saw nothing that promoted slavery, the closest that to it was one that said, “I guess it was easier to vote for Obama then to get a Job.”

The best merchandise they sell on their website is a roll of IRS 1040 Tax Form Toilet Paper, which I will be buying for my apartment as soon as possible.

Global Warming debate is like High School

Oh, great, I am back in fracking High School all over again.  I have been called a Nazi.  At least this time it isn’t because I am a Blonde Haired, Blue Eyed, German-American with Conservative Libertarian Ideology.  (I know, that last part makes no sense, but in High School, a Nazi is any Conservative)  There is a reason I wear a hat and sunglasses out as often as possible when Rabble Rousing at a Tea Party.  It doesn’t help that in my Senior Year, my Catholic Social Teachings professor compared me to a man who supported Segregation.

For those of you blissfully ignorant.  Al Gore has decided that I am a member of the National Socialist German Worker’s Party, and all because I am a Climate Heretic.  (Socialist and Worker in the same name, in the home of the Statist seeds sown by the Prussians?  How the hell did anyone expect that to go well?)

And all of this because I recognize the follies of Climate Indulgences.  Because, that is all that Cap and Trade is.  It will not reduce CO2.  Spain has already proven that much.  All that it will do is cost you and I more, and more, and more, and more money in the short run and long run.  Martin Luther helped force the Church to recognize that it was corrupt, so I wonder, why isn’t Inhoffe doing more to act like Martin Luther? (Wow, I am encouraging my favorite Senator to act like my least favorite Theologian.  Scary.)

However, when it comes to the liberties enshrined in the Constitution of the United States of America, I am willing to preform any Non-Violent act of Civil Disobedience.  Emphasis there on the Non-Violent part.

Cap and Trade Cyanide: The Constitution

I have decided that I shall read HR 2454.  The first thing I saw when i went to GovTrack to read it was a disclaimer.

This bill is very large, and loading it may cause your web browser to perform sluggishly, or even freeze. This is especially true for old and/or bad browsers. As an alternative you can download the PDF of the bill or read the text on THOMAS.

I am not off to a very good start so far…

It took me from 1248 Hours to 1255 Hours to load the bill, and from 1258 Hours to 1300 Hours to load the 300 page amendment.

For the record, this article shall be about nothing other than the Constitutionality of the Bill in accordance with Article 1, Section 8 and Article 1, Section 9 of the United States Constitution, the powers and limits of the Legislature of the United States.  If I find more then five items that violate the Constitution, I will go no further, and label it Unconstitutional.  I don’t think I will have to go very far…

In Section 201 of Title II Subtitle A, they discuss ammending 42 United States Code 6833, which allows government to control Building Codes.  43 U.S.C. 6833 is unconstitutional.  Nowhere in Article 1, Section 8 does the Constitution the power to tell you how you can or cannot build your home.  In accordance with Amendment X of the Bill of Rights, unless that power has been granted to the State or Local Government through the formation of the supreme document of the State, City, or Town, rests solely upon the individual.  But it does not, and cannot, rest in the hands of the Federal Government, unless a new Amendment is added to the Constitution of the United States.

Included within the section is a description of Consensus Based Standards.  If this is anything like the current “Consensus” on Global Warming, then it will really mean that whoever has the money to bully their way into public opinion, and a motive to do so (i.e. General Electric) can determine the new standards for their own fun and profit.

Also included, is a mandate that all houses must have an Energy Audit before they can be sold.  Yes, that is right, you must pass an Energy Audit before you can sell your house.  And if the standards change after the audit, then you will need to get yet another Audit.  And the Audits look to be funded directly out of your pocket, not to mention the money spent on making a home come up to code, will drive up the cost of your home, and reduce the number of people looking into purchasing your home, thus damaging Interstate Commerce in accordance with the standard used to gain Federal Control over private, subsistence farmers under FDR’s administration.

That’s 1.

There is a lot in this bill relating to the flimsy interpretation of the Interstate Commerce Clause produced by the Roosevelt Administration as part of the New Deal.  However, the spirit of the clause deals with the building of roads and canals, the maintenance of roads and canals, the power to prevent the creation of interstate tarifs, nd the enforcement of a central currency to protect the individual states from each other.

That’s 2.

And then you get to Title III, which discusses Global Warming and how to sequester CO2.  If Carbon Dioxide is such a problem, despite the sheer insignifigance fo the gas in the atmosphere, then Columbia University has invented an atmospheric CO2 scrubber which can remove 1 ton of CO2 from the atmosphere a day, without giving the government undue control of the population.  However, Al Gore and others in the Church of Global Warmign have rejected it, as it does not grant them their real goal, control over the population, and power for themselves.

Foul Ball.

Subtitle B of Title III claims that it will save jobs, however, the Congressional Budget Office report admits that it is based off of Star Trek Post-Scarcity Fantasy economics in the analysis of the report.  The Heritage Foundation does not throw out real world economics, and an analysis of the effects on Spain of the passage of a similar bill shows that this will devastate an already unshakey economy.

Title V produces the K, and HR 2454 goes down swinging.

In accordance with the Equal Protection Clause of the United States Constitution, all citizens are supposed to be treated equally under the law, with the theory that justice is blind to race, religion, creed, occupation, wealth, or sex.  Title V gives special treatment among Farmers to those who farm ethanol.  A crop that would require 109% of current total acreage to produce the energy needed to fuel the United States in 2008, with growing demand around the world.

Strike Three, You’re Unconstitutional.

Unrest in Honduras

Wow, Honduras is in an interesting situation right now.  And Obama, unlike Iran, where we need to do something to support those striving to acheive Democracry, you need to stay out.  If you interfere, you will be setting up a tin pot dictator, and stepping on a Democracy that is not even thirty years old.

President Manuel Zalaya was acting in violation of the constitution of the nation of Honduras, and thus the Army was ordered in by the Supreme Court to depose the Chavez backed Zelaya.

I must say, Mr. President, it worries me that you are acting in support of Dictators in Iran and Honduras, and in opposition to the very ideas enshrined in the Declaration of Indpendence.

It scares me that you do not think that the Constitution lists rights granted by the government to the people, and not restrictions to the powers of the Government, as granted by the people.

As the President of the United States, you should be standing up for the right to Life, Liberty, Property.  These rights are not granted to man by the government, but rather by God.  We give Government the power to protect these rights through the use of laws, the creation of a central monetary system, and the creation of an Army and Navy.

Remember, this is a government of the People, for the People, by the People.  Not of the Government, for the Government, and by the Government.

If you want to show your support for Democracy, do not stand with Hugo Chavez in backing Zelaya.  Do not support Iran as they murder their own people for yearning for Freedom.  Support the people of Iraq as they struggle through the birth pains of a democracy, not unlike the ones we worked through under the Articles of Confederation.  Stand up for South Korea as they are forced to face down their beligerent neighbors and brothers.  Support Israel, the only established Democracy surrounded by genocidal enemies who seek only to drive them into the sea.

Please, Mr. President, stand with the ideals that our Founding Fathers enshrined within the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, and support Honduras as Chavez threatens to turn them into a puppet state.
