The Other McCain has a review of Michelle Malkin’s overview of the way Michelle Obama treated patients at the University of Chicago Hospital.  It is not pretty.

Gateway Pundit has information indicating that Obama’s Health Care Advisors want to euthenize Americans who can no longer pay more in taxes then they can receive.  Didn’t I say that OregonCare is ALREADY doing that?  Oh, that’s right, I did. ActivelyFuzed, what do you say to this?

Okie reports that  ACORN  is going after those who disagree with the President on ObamaCare.

Similar events happened in Baton Rouge recently, where ACORN siced the Police on people who where discussing ObamaCare away from the event.

The Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler also has some info on a Nurse forced to preform Infantacidal Eugenics, after she was threatened with letters in her Curiculum Vitae accusing her of Insubordination and Patient Abandonment should she refuse. How long, under ObamaCare, till they use this to force Nurses to Euthenize +65 year olds who are refusing to comply with their End-of-life Counselor’s recomendations?  We already know the Top Advisors of Obama in this field are recomending this option for all those who get sick but don’t have Private Health Insurance.

Hot Air Reports that ObamaCare Activists are just ignoring the facts altogether.

The Crime of Nationalized Healthcare: Control

Well, the damn bill is too long for me to look it over.  But, others whom I trust have, and they had the following to report.

IBD:

Pg 16 reveals that ANYONE without Healthcare for even a second will be FORCED to join the National Healthcare System, even if they are simply moving over to a new Health Insurance Company.  So far, I have found no way for a person to get themselves removed from that plan unless they sue the Federal Government for removal from the plan.

Pg 22 of the HC Bill MANDATES the Govt will audit books of ALL EMPLOYERS that self insure!!

Other sources have also stated that once a person reaches the age of 65, they will be visited by an End of Life Counselor every Five Years whose job will be to try and convince you to go to a clinic and KILL YOURSELF via Euthenasia, as you will otherwise use up too much Government Money for the return in TAXES to the Govt.

I have found no less then TWELVE unconstitutional aspects within that bill, which, in accordance to my Three Strikes Unconstitutional style, makes this bill FOUR KINDS of UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Nice Job, Obama, you officially suck at your job.

Healthcare Solutions

This is going to be a brainstorming post that I will be coming back to from time to time to update with new ideas I have on how to fix the healthcare “Crisis” in the United States without government control.  Free Markets rock, and will be the basis of my ideas.

There will be a poll, so please, tell me which ones you like best

1. Healthcare Savings Accounts: the widespread use of HSA’s would probablly mean the posting of Healthcare Service Costs in a Doctor’s office, and would make the whole system more competitive, and as I ranted a while ago, Competition is Life, Stagnation is Death.
2. Insurance Choices: I call this the Progressive Auto Insurance Style of Health Insurance shopping (they really should sponsor me for as often as I mention them in this blog) where, like they show in the commercials, you walk in, tell them what you want to cover and how much you want to pay, and work out a policy that works for you.  Combine with an HSA, and we should be able to bring down the cost of Healthcare for everyone.
3. Opening Up of State Borders: Let people go shopping.  There are over 300 Health Insurance Companies in the United States of America, yet the average citizen has access to about 2% of them because he lives in the wrong state.  Let us buy whatever policy we want to buy, and supplement it with additional care as we see fit.
4. Loser Pays Tort Reform: Right now, every time that a malpractice case is filed against your doctor, YOUR Health Insurance Premium goes up.  This is for a VERY simple reason.  As the costs of their Malpractice Insurance Costs increase, so that their Malpractice Insurance Company can pay for their Lawyer, in order for them to stay in business (because, like it or not, For Profit ANYTHING work harder then Not-For Profit) they must pass off the costs into an increase in the cost of service, and like all shit, it rolls down hill onto you and me.  If we create a Loser Pays system, it will create a greater burden of proof on Plaintiffs, and will prevent cases like the John Edwards Cesarean Section case that resulted in 45% of all children being born in needless C-Sections…
5. Reducing the Corporate Taxes on Pharmaceutical Companies: This forces companies overseas, and adds an increase to their Overhead.  Thanks to these Corporate Taxes, many of our Pharmaceutical companies are moving overseas to Ireland, creating a Shipping Overhead that we have to pay, on top of the Corporate Tax Overhead that already exists because they do business in the United States.  The FairTax would go a ways towards fixing THAT problem.

Okay, I don’t have time to do the analysis I would like to do with all of this, because there is so fraking much of it.  So, for now, I am going to post the following links, and follow it up with a post this afternoon examining it.

The good news is that ObamaCare is suffering a Code Blue, as Michelle Malkin describes in this post.

Which is a good thing, becuase otherwise 83,000,000 would lose their private health care, and be forced to rely on the government.

But, as Michelle also reports, the more they talk, the lower their support falls.  He might just beat out Bush in reaching the skinny digits…

Mere Rhetoric:

Mere Rhetoric also reports that Obama is going after those on the Hill who speak out in opposition to his plan.  Sounds rather Wilsonian to me.  Wonder when he will start jailing them…

GP also has a video of Roy Blunt (Congressman from across State Line) asking Obama and the Libs why they aren’t going to be on ObamaCare themselves. Healthcare for me, but not for thee.

There is a great video of one of us Unruly Peasents telling the Health Secretary (Again, America, Kansas Apologises for unleashing her upon you) that it will be a “Cold Day In Hell” before she socializes America.  Sebelius looked flabergasted.

Gateway Pundit reports that there are going to be Racial preferences in the system.  Great, just great.  This is going to suck hard.

Senator DeMint went after Obama and the Libs over Obamacare and 10% unemployment.  Nice job man.

The Pirates are reporting that Obama doesn’t even know what is in H.R. 3200, and that he hasn’t read it.  Why am I not surprised.

RedState:

RS is reporting that there is no concensus among Democrats in the House on ObamaCare. KEEP UP THE PRESSURE.  They broke to many arms to pass Crap & Tax, they don’t have much power left for this one.

RedState does a good job in comparing the ObamaCare plan to Britain’s NHS.

Sweetness and Light:

S&L reports that H.R. 3200 has been postponed over concerns from Blue Dogs. Now if only we could get them to throw their support behind the F-22 projects…

Heritage Foundation:

Obama is raising taxes on the Poor to pay for ObamaCare.

With the threats of ObamaCare, The Foundry looks at whether or not the Government should be in charge of determining the value of an American Life.

The Crime of Nationalized Healthcare: I Hate Being Right Sometimes

I hate being right all the time.  It seems, that like I warned with the OregonCare post earlier, ObamaCare wants you to die with dignity.

And as Investor’s Business Daily has shown, you will be forced onto ObamaCare if you go for even a second without Healthcare.  So, this means that everyone is vulnerable.

So, I am going to use this week to follow in RedState’s lead, and gather opposition.  Sadly, there are no ObamaCare protests planned for this week of which I am aware.  If you know of one, please contact me here, and let me know.  We MUST stop this chain from being forged.

Dennis Moore Tea Party Mk. II

There are times when I REALLY wish I had GPS.  And yesterday, between 1600-1630 was one of those days.  I tried to find Emanuel Cleaver’s office for the protest, but as I had written the adress wrong, I couldn’t find the office.  So, frustrated, I was on my way home, when someone sent a message in to 980 kmbz, telling Shanin and Parks to ask Dennis Moore to look out the window.

So, I showed up at Dennis Moore’s office around 4:45, in time for the last twenty minutes of a protest I hadn’t even been aware of until I heard about it on the radio.  I need to start finding more sources.

The good news with this though is that I was able to give my friend Kansas Meadowlark some audio of chanting for the protest video.

Also, from his blog, it would seem that there will be two Federal Reserve Protests next week, which I encourage all of you to attend.

The first one will be at Dennis Moore’s office at 1615 on Friday, and will be an Audit the Fed rally.  Please, come with chants ready, and give them to the young man in shades and carrying a Betsy Ross Flag.

The second one will be in front of the Federal Reserve Building itself, and will be a Welcome Party for Chairman Bernanke.  Any chants you give me at the Audit the Fed rally will also be used at the Welcome Party.

Just a heads up, these crowds are usually much rowdier, so come with water bottles, as you may find yourself chanting and cheering with the rest of the crowd, and that uses up more water then you think.

So, in other words, if we go looking for new coverage after the bill comes into effect, we are stuck on Government Healthcare.  Yeah!  Not.

Claire McCaskill Tea Party Mk. II UPDATE: Cops called on St. Louis Tea Party

I just got back from the Health Care Tea Party in front of Claire McCaskill’s office. That was fun, if small. It seems that only 20 people saw the message to come and protest, including a pair of nuns of the Franciscan Order, who delivered a number of petitions signed during the protest to the aides working in her office.

I informed them of the 1600 hours (4:00 pm) Tea Party at Emanuel Cleaver’s office, and hope to see my readers there this after noon. Until then, I plan on eating my lunch, and hydrating.

I asked the question there, and will ask it again here, If Obama chose a Eugenicist for his Science Czar, who will he chose for his Health Care Czar?

Gateway Pundit has more info on the St. Louis Tea Party, where not only did they lock the doors and close the blinds (which they did at ours) but also called the cops to force them off of Public Land.  That is absolutely disgusting, and Claire McCaskill should be ashamed.  The Tea Parties have not been violent.  They have not been rude.  They are the Politest protests I have ever seen.  And Claire calls out the police to force them off public land?

One thing that did piss me off at ours, was the locking out of the Franciscan Nuns who where out with us, when they went in to deliver the petitions.  I had to pull out my Cell Phone and call them to ask them to open the doors because they where not letting us in (we had several people going in either individually or with a partner to complain).  It was disgusting.

The Crime of Nationalized Healthcare: Incoming

Well, here it comes, the WORST idea the federal government has ever had in the long, sad history of bad ideas.  To give you an idea of what we are in for, here is a comparison of Georgia and Massachusetts, special thanks to Kansas Meadowlark for the video.

Michelle Malkin is wondering whether or not the Blue Dog Democrats have been kicked around enough to the point where they are willing to break away from their Far-Left leadership.

Okie is wondering if the Science Czar is going to have any control over this health-care plan.  A worrying thought, seeing as the man is a EUGENECIST!

Sweetness and Light reports that the New York Times is calling for Healthcare Rationing.

Investors Business Daily has a rather scary editorial on some portions of the bill that have been heavily buried, and will force all those in the country to eventually wind up on Government Healthcare.

Put those last three together, and a rather scary picture starts to come into focus.

I am not one for Conspiracy Theories, but there are times, when I see how people come to believe in them.

Michelle Malkin has one good idea on how to stop this.
